The kitchen is directly managed by the Head Chef Giovanni Costa and has a home-made flavour.

Many of our specialities will satisfy the taste buds of even our most demanding clients: gnocchi and trofie (type of pasta) with home-made pesto sauce, borage ravioli, spaghetti with seafood, Ligurian rabbit, mixed battered and fried fish, stuffed vegetables, home-made sweets and ice-cream. All prepared in front of you while you wait (the kitchen is visible from the restaurant dining room) and the menu varies on a daily basis.

The restaurant is managed by the recent GRADUATE Andrea Costa, a wine tasting expert with the national wine tasting experts association A.I.S., who graduated in 1995 as a technician for hotel activity.

Andrea will be able to assist you in choosing a wine as well as coupling it with the daily dishes.
